memories exporting failed

14 pro max on ios 17.4.1 facing issue exporting memories to whatsapp and iMessage

read and tried all suggestions from past users but i’m still on the same page

once in a blue moon it suddenly exports but next time it fails again and again and again

so what do i do to fix it????!!!!

Messages Not Appearing After Restore Hello, recently, I downgraded from IOS 16.3.1 to 15.6. The downgrade was successful. I restored all my data from my backup (on my PC), but somehow, I have all my data (photos, apps, etc..) but my messages don’t appear.

WhatsApp- When trying to backup my chats… WhatsApp is stuck in ‘preparing’ my WhatsApp normally backs up automatically (set as daily) received a notification that it hadn’t backed up since Monday when I tried to back it up manually, it’s stuck in ‘preparing’ Things I have tried:- checked storage which has 98GB free space soft reset on iPhone toggled off/on wi-fi , Bluetooth, airplane mode reset Network Settings on iPhone In settings on iPhone, in iCloud , toggled off WhatsApp app then whilst it’s still off, soft reset my iPhone again, toggled WhatsApp back on again in iCloud and tried to backup WhatsApp again, but it’s still stuck in ‘preparing’ Any ideas to resolve this issue, would be much appreciated Thanks
