is there any way to download music from my amazon unlimited app to Logic pro

no. You would need to actually buy the song from Apple or Amazon. Amazon Unlimited is a streaming app and if it allows you to download, like Apple Music, it is in a format that is not playable on anything else.

With apps like Loopback (rogue amoeba), blackhole or soundflower, you are able to route audio internally on your computer.
