Apple Mail Top Toolbar Lacking Icons?

One day while using Apple mail the toolbar at the top switched from the way it normally looks to looking like this. Does anyone know how I can make it look normal again without reinstalling the entire operating system?

Ctrl-click on the toolbar and choose Icon and Text or Icon Only

customize too bar in mail app Hi, Under view in mail 16.0 max os Ventura can not customize the toolbar, when clicking on it get the little squares at top of the mail app but nothing works then. Working before, searched apple, google, and preference panes, (removed) rebuilt mail boxes, start, and restart several times. Smaller Bigger for example used to show as icons, basically no icons are showing as before only small light print at top of the mail app. Like to get back to icons. Thank you.

Mac OS Ventura Mail toolbar bug Hey guys, I have the issue that the Apple Mail App on my M1 Air isn't customizable. It is possible to reorganize the icons but the window with the new ones is missing. Do you get that too? And is there a solution for that? Thanks a lot!
