iPhone 13Pro Time not working (1 hour ahead)

About 2-3 weeks ago the time of my iPhone 13Pro has showed an hour ahead. There seems to be no fix and is causing problems with apps(for example FitBit) that sync with the phone for things like keeping time. My sons Apple 13 has not been effected with same issue. Why is this taking so long to get fixed??? I dont see an Arizona or MST to select to slect. Note: When I first tried to fix issue the day it started) only Denver, US was the only option ...no other time zones...now there are many but not AZ or MST. Please Help!
