Export or Copy 'Notes' table to 'Numbers' on iCloud, iPhone or Mac

I created a table for my business that I would like to convert to a spreadsheet or table in an app easier to export to a quote and invoice for my business. I tried copying and pasting on my iPhone, then with Notes and Numbers apps on iCloud using a Windows machine, but no success. I'm starting to believe that I will be hand-jamming this entire table into a spreadsheet. If anyone has a known method that can help save a ton of rework, I would be grateful.
