Can someone help me check why my MacBook Pro is running slow?
Grant Bennet-Alder provided some good support and I'l like to share my EtreCheck report for his advice. Please advise if this is possible.

You can post the EtreCheck report here, but we have no way of contacting an individual contributor. I can send out an alert to Grant on a different forum that he may monitor and direct him to your post or you may be able to get feedback from others here.
HelloVessel123,
What Mac Model and MacOS Version do you have? If you don't know how to see those, go to the top left of your screen and press the Apple logo, then press About This Mac. It will say MacBook (Pro/Air) and then below screen size, a month and a year, that would be your model year. Then it should say somewhere on the panel macOS and the name and a number with a decimal.
You are saying your Mac is too slow to process this report or send it over right? If you go to your launchpad and then press the "other" app folder you can find something called "Activity Monitor" then at the top of the window you can press memory to see if there is an app taking up too much. If it is taking too much memory (you can see it if the bottom chart that updates every 30 seconds) if it's yellow or red. Double click on the app in the list that is taking way too much memory and then click quit. After that, try regenerating the report.
Let me know if this works or if you're still struggling. if you're still struggling, tell me exactly what you want to do and I'll share with you possible solutions.
