Only first page of scans prints or exports off of Apple Notes

I have scanned several receipts onto a single note in Apple Notes. When I print them or export them to PDF, only the first page appears. I need to submit these receipts to work, but I threw away the originals and I can't think of a way to send them to my PC-based workplace.

Copy Paste Disaster in Apple Notes I had a checklist of to-do items in Notes, and wanted to copy that to a new note, then delete the old one. I used ⌘C to copy and ⌘C+X to paste The text that arrived and got pasted was just jibberish, like the last line of the actual list. However, the full text was apparently succesfully cut from the original note. Then lost in the ether. Since I switched between the two notes, there is no way to undo it anymore (⌘Z). If Notes are stored in iCloud, why is there no version history to go back to? (at least covering one previous version, standard functionality in proper cloud storage services) I find it shocking once again how much time Apple spends on re-designing interfaces, and adding layers to a "user experience", yet so little effort to make the most basic workflow actions reliable and effective. Please provide me with a solution how to recover the content of my client note from the ether of iOS.

Scan Documents from Notes I was told that I could scan a document using my Iphone using the Notes app. I have a 15plus. I have gone to my Notes, clicked to create a new note but I don't have the 3 dots at the top. Why is this occuring?

iCloud notes never signed up for but they are there I found my notes were resident in the cloud instead of on my phone. I never signed up to put them there and now the fact of if I stop the small subscription to iCloud, I will lose my notes is frustrating and feels like extortion. I do not trust the cloud. Never have and my notes do not belong to Apple. any solutions? I know I can download them as PDFs but I want them in text format and usable.

When you're in Notes, click the down chevron at the top of your scanned document. This then brings up a menu where you can 'Open Attachment'. This will open your scanned docs (receipts) in Adobe Acrobat. From here, you can save the pdf which will contain all of your scanned documents/receipts/pages.
