Missing Passcode Settings
Recently i've been trying to change my passcode, but the option just disappeared from my iphone settings i dont know how and why but i mean it.
iPhone 14 Plus, iOS 17

In Settings App, tap Screen Time. Then tap Content & Privacy Restrictions. Scan down to Passcode Changes and make sure it is marked Allow.
