What pertinent facts have you not told us?
For example, might your iPad be managed by an employer or educational institution? Might your access be restricted by Screen Time?
You’re right of course, it’s called Turn Passcode Off. the problem is that this option is greyed out.
You have told us how you’re trying to do something (by removing an iPad passcode).
What exactly are you trying to accomplish?
I’ve realised that passcode is set by, and required by Qustodion which I installed yesterday.
