I can not set up to receive my emails in mac mail from Email Host Titan Vodien.

I've created my new email address with my new domain name. My email webhost is called Titan Vodien. I can access my emails from webmail. I want to be able to access my emails on my iPhone and iMac. I can not get past the very first step. I get error Unable to verify account name or password.

I have set up other accounts before using different email hosts and all successful. I have not seen this come up before as we know the account name and password are correct. I have been on chat support for 3 hours today and Titan can not work it out and said I will have to contact apple.

Any suggestions on what is going on or what else I can try? I have tried creating a new email account, resetting password, tried different devices, resetting modem, restarting devices etc but still get the same error. TIA!

iMac 27″, macOS 10.14

Apple provides the following support article where you can enter your Titan Vodien email address, and it will provide you with the correct email server set up information for the Apple Mail app.

If you have already tried this, and are still unable to log into your email account, then the next thing to check is if your email provider requires two-factor authentication for that account. If it does, then they should also provide you with a means to generate an app-specific password to use with Apple Mail when setting up the account.
