Apple ID is an email that was closed

I had an apple id that was my excite email account. Excite shut down their email servers in 2021. It has been so long I don't remember the password to the account. I can't use forgot my password option because I don't have access to that email address any more. Is there any way to get back into the account with my old apple ID?
