Cannot connect my Mac to my new HP Smart Tank 7300

I’ve tried all the HP instructions to add the printer. The printer connects to internet. The Mac is connected I just cannot connect them over WIFI. I’ve tried rebooting everything. They sit only about 3 ft apart. The old printer I just replaced connected no trouble.. In settings I can see the printer there but OFFLINE

I’ve been using the HP app and tried everything they said ,so I’m not stuck. Please help
