I’m locked out of my Apple ID with no trusted device and I don’t remember my password

Help me please! I can’t remember my Apple ID password! It now say this Apple ID isn’t active in settings and in the App Store. I’ve tried resetting the password but I don’t have a trusted device linked. This is the only device logged in with this Apple ID and is under a fake name so I have no proof of identity. I’ve then tried to just erase everything from this iPad but you need the password for that. I’ve literally tried everything! Is there anyway I’m able to reset this iPad without needing the Apple ID password?
