How to disable audio transcription for my iMessages but enable income audio transcription?

Hello

I use audio messages a lot to send messages and for some reason my phone seems to automatically transcribes what I say (seems pointless since I do not need to know or re-read what I said... and I can't seem to turn it off anywhere) but does not transcribe incoming audio messages.

(No I am not talking about dictation, I am specifically talking about audio messages.)

Is there a way to turn this on?
