After updating iOs to 17.4.1, I can't open my “Personal information OR Sign in” on my iPhone 15 pro max, they're both greyed, why? I followed “Content & Privacy Restrictions” steps but it didn't help

To make sure, the right place is Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions and make sure Accounts is set to allow.

If it is that can also be overridden by Parental Controls, MDM (Mobile Device Management), and by a business or school if you have an email account with them installed on your iPhone.
