Access problem for My account in iphone
My credentials appear in the settings but are not active. I cannot access my information.

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ Account Changes : Set this to ALLOW
