I just bought M3 max. The laptop got an error of “System clock has been set back (-88)” and I found many files in the folders listed in below have shown been modified at a future date (year of 2163, 2262). Those files are locked and can't be deleted or modified. Please help.

You do not have permission to modify or delete /System files.
You do not say what macOS you are currently running?
Old issue, new issue, what changed?
for date and time issues from the Terminal.app copy & paste:
sudo rm /var/db/timed/com.apple.timed.plist
this will remove the corrupt plist. reboot and compare your results
(note—your psswd will not echo on screen, type it in anyway use the enter\return key to proceed.)
