How to fix gaming connection issues in iPhone

i’ve got connection problems, especially when I’m playing games it just all of a sudden it’s just goes round and round and I have got to leave the game because of connection problems. Why is that no other time basically it’s just when I’m playing games and I’m a game of alcoholics so that’s a problem.
