If I have a 200 Pages document and all pages are with full of content, is there a way to insert a new page let's say after page 100?

I build my document but missed 2 pages inside the document, is there a way to create 2 new pages after lets say page 100 and to move all the content 2 pages ahead, meaning of that is pages N200 to be 202?

All my subjects are in the tab Stay on Page as You see in the picture!

I know very good the InDesign Adobe software. There is this option as well, but in analog with pages, I think have to be a way to build new pages inside the document, the problem is that don't know how.

Thanks In advance.
