My iPhone SE 2nd gen is overheating and the letter P is not working on the keyboard

I'm not sure if the reason is the new update. I can't press letter P on my iphone. Then, its overheating all the time just by doing simple task like social media. Can someone please tell me what's happening?

Try and force restart the iPhone to see if th issues persist

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

Then it seems to me that there is a hardware issue going on unfortunately

Please Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support to set up hardware service for your device
