iPhone 14 Pro Overheating, glitching control panel and battery draining

I just updated my 14 pro to iOS 26.1. Previously it was on 18.7.2, it was so stable and it wasn’t lagging or glitching or losing battery on non intensive tasks, like scrolling on instagram and texting on iMessage.

The control panel glitches out when I am leaving it (swiping up to close it), it stays like a faded stamp for a few seconds in my screen, and then it leaves.. I don’t know what’s happening..

This thing is heating up very easily.

What can we do about that? Any other with that problem?
