Using an Australian bought iPhone in Europe
I am planning on buying an iPhone in Australia but I live in Europe. Will there be any problems with using it back home? Also will the eSIM will work fine in both countries?

You can use it, but it is always better to use an iPhone bought in the region you live. This is to different using cellular bands throughout the globe
The iPhone will work, but the cellular experience is tailored for the Australian bands used, not to the European bands, so this can give a slight worse cellular experience
