Not able to hear ringing sound and other person voice for outgoing calls. Hearing my own voice back and along with surrounding noise.

Hi,

In my iphone 15 im not able to hear ringing sound or opposite person voice while making outgoing calls. I'm hearing my voice back along with surrounding noise.

1. This is happening for every person, no one in particular
2. I have reset my network settings and done restart, still facing the issue
3. I have done software update as well. Everything is up-to-date.
4. I have tried with different networks , same issue exists in all networks.
5. I’m not facing any issue in making whatsapp call only for cellular calls I'm getting this issue.
6. The issue occurs for both wifi calling and cellular calling. Even tried calling by switching off mobile data.
7. The issue occurs for all outgoing calls but sometimes I’m not facing any issues.
8. I have tried in different locations still getting the error frequently
9. I’m not facing any issue for incoming calls. Only for outgoing this is happening
10. And this issue even happens when connected to bluetooth or using speaker.
