I had that problem with my old iPhone 11. I’ve purchased a new iPhone 15 and …guess what…the problem still there. I did transfer automatically all of my settings from one to the other.
Is this a current problem with iPhone customers? No, my iPhone is not on any airplane or other « do not disturb » setting.
