I want to cancel Apple Cash and want my money back and cancel

I see no use for my Apple Cash and already got ripped off by an app I guess I didn’t understand and used this just for that app and only for that app. I don’t want this taking money I never approved for more than one time. Money has continued to take from my bank to replenish the original amount I took. I don’t want that and can’t figure out how to cancel
