Open Office says it downloaded a PDF to a gallery folder. Where can I find this?

Opened Open Office document.

Exported it to PDF.

It was saved to a folder named "Gallery"

I cannot find that folder or the doc.

I have looked in my docs, downloads, recents, pictures etc. but no luck.

I have restarted my MacBook Air which didn't help.

Can you help?

Issue with moving files from Preview to Documents folder using MacBook Air When I download a pdf to Downloads folder, and I open it with Preview, then it can ONLY save to the last location, the Downloads folder. I get that. When I try and Preview>File>MOVE TO a folder in Documents, Preview cannot move it to sub folders. I have to MOVE the file to Documents folder (top level), let go of the mouse, and then go back and find the file, to 'drag and drop' it into the correct sub folder. This creates a lot of double handling. Why can't I use 'sprung loaded' sub folders to find where I want to Save it to........? I also have no "Save As" option in Preview, there is only a Move option. Did Mac do away with these options, thinking nobody would need them? Im using an M1 Airbook 2020 on OS 12.6.2. [Re-Titled By Moderator]

download file in external drive doesn't work properly Hello, I have set my default folder for downloads from safari in an external drive in my iMac. But when its pdf its cannot get downloded.
