Select/Omit specific calendars on CarPlay?

My iPhone has many separate calendars on it for various work clients, family members and personal use. But when I'm driving I only really want one calendar to display. The calendar is set up with updates every 5 minutes, to show my blood sugar levels, which helps me manage my Type 1 diabetes. Often these updates will be displaced on the CarPlay screen by other events from other calendars.

Can anyone advise on how to ensure that only one calendar shows on the display?

I know that this wasn't possible in the past, but thought it was time to check in on whether things have changed or if someone knows of a workaround.
