Cannot set up my new iPhone 15 Pro Max

I purchased a phone when it arrived. I did not tempt to set it up. Somehow it has my iCloud account and password that I haven’t used for years and years. I don’t remember it and I need to get into that phone to set up my phone. I can’t get the code because they shut my other phone off, that is what I do
