Gift card scam refund
I closed my debit card after I was involved in a gift scam. Apple has refunded my charge but now that my card is closed how do they refund my money? Do they contact my bank?
The bank may accept the refund because the accounts are cross linked, but not new charges can be applied to the old account. Contact the bank receiving the funds and how they treat refunds to closed accounts.
