Am I able to get a replacement piece to my Apple Watch band? Or do I have to purchase an entirely new band?

Can you get a replacement band for your Apple Watch. I have 2 bands (with holes) but I’ve lost the one with the pin in it. Can I just buy the one with the pin somewhere or do I need to buy a new set of bands just to replace it. I’ve got no clue how I lost it.

No. You'd have to purchase a complete new band. Apple doesn't sell half the band. If it's not that important to you to buy an authentic Apple band, there are literally thousands of band options you can find on Amazon for example. I would avoid the really cheap bands, but any band which is listed made of FKM (Fluoroelastomer) is likely a quality option.

You can find them on a popular auction site for very little money. Just make sure they are genuine Apple (which can be difficult to determine) but a reputable seller advertising as such will accept returns if you don't like what you get.

There are plenty of reasons you might find used or open box items; for example I still use the original band that came with my original Watch since there's nothing wrong with it, and never used any of the ones included with new Watches. One of these days I may get around to selling them but they're brand new and unused. It's not as though I would get very much for them anyway.

Used is ok too.
