Iphone 11 Glitches

Hello,

Recently the past few days my phone has decided to start glitching nonstop to the point that it is nearly useable. Its like my phone has a mind of its own, I tried to text my friend but I kept on calling them (I didn't click anything) over and over again, I am struggling to put in my iphone password, or even visit any app. My theory is that my phone became damaged due to falling (I drop my phone a lot). I attempted to solve this issue by completely shutting off my phone and I've also attempted resetting it to fix the issue. Nothing has helped. Please help!
