I have backed up my iPhone (2019 back up). the most important thing on this back up is WhatsApp. but unfortunately I can't download it, because of the disabled Apple ID. When I click on WhatsApp app in order to download it, it says to enter password of Apple ID. but even an email connected to that ID is not disabled, so I can't even recover email in order to reset Apple ID password. please help. Thanks in advance!

is your Apple ID disabled for security reasons and you can't reset your password? You can try and enroll in account recovery
