Can't restore WhatsApp, due to disabled Apple ID

I have backed up my iPhone (2019 back up). the most important thing on this back up is WhatsApp. but unfortunately I can't download it, because of the disabled Apple ID. When I click on WhatsApp app in order to download it, it says to enter password of Apple ID. but even an email connected to that ID is not disabled, so I can't even recover email in order to reset Apple ID password. please help.
