Kernel panic help (Panicked task watchdogd)

Hello. I was wondering if anyone can give me a clue about what has happened here. I have a MacBook pro 16'' M2 (Mac14,6).

I have experienced a kernel panic and was wondering if someone can tell me what has happened. I suspect an external floppy drive that was connected to a usb-a to usb-c adapter. Thanks! 🍎

<Kernel Panic Content.log>

General Kernel Panics are caused by a Hardware Failure or Third Party Kernel extension install on the computer

To test if this issue is cause by Third Party Kernels

Restart in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.

Safe Mode will also eliminate Third Party Software, extensions and drivers from loading. It will only load the Minimum amount of Core Apple Processes to allow the the computer to function at a reduced Level of Performance

Does the issue present in this mode ?

If not presented in Safe Mode, this could be an indicator of a Hardware Failure

Then have a few suggestions ;

Have the computer evaluated by the Professionals who have the Special Hardware Software and Expertise to diagnose the issue and offer possible solutions

Make an Appointment at the Apple Genius Bar or call 1 800 MyApple and have them evaluate the computer

You might want to Download and install the Application: Etrecheck. This is a Diagnostic Tool that creates a detailed report of both the Hardware and Software used on your computer. The application is free but also has a paid version that has added features. This will allow the contributors here to see if perhaps there is something on your computer that might be causing the problem.

(The Report will Not Reveal Any Personal Information.)

First few things I see that stand out are you are using an older version of Parallels. The latest version is currently 19. Try updating it. Or, as a test, if you can remove it temporarily to see if it stops causing the panics after removal.

Also, you seem to be running more than one password manager. Not sure if that may cause a problem but you might want to choose just one. (Bitwarden and 1Password).

I've read that Dropbox has been causing issues for people recently so make sure that app is updated to the most current version as well.

It wouldn't hurt to make sure you are using the latest version of macOS which as of today is 14.4.1.

Hopefully others will review your report and add suggestions as well.

[Blocked] Extension - version 2.6.3 (Objective-See, LLC - 2024-03-06)

Application: /Applications/LuLu.app - version 2.6.3 (Objective-See, LLC - 2024-03-11)

It is awaiting the User to Approve it

About system extensions and macOS

In some instances one needs to Disabling and Enabling System Integrity Protection - Apple ... to approve Third Party Kernel Extensions

If using the above, be absolutely sure to turn it back On once finished
