My iPhone 15 Pro screen lights up completely 100% every morning at 5:30 in the morning. Not sure why this is happening. I checked the flash settings and they are off. This has started about a month after receiving the phone. It lights the whole room. Any suggestions? Thank you

The most likely culprit is an alarm set for 5:30 am. Even if the alarm sound is off, the screen will still light up to display the alarm notification. Check your Clock app to see if you have an alarm set for that time.
Make sure you don't have a Bedtime schedule set up in the Clock/Health app. If you do, adjust the schedule or turn it off to see if that resolves the issue.
