Quello Concerts is a subscription app that I don't have or want. I have Apple TV+ and subscription is current. I've logged into my Apple account and the purchase of the Concert Films movie shows up there dated 9/23/2023.

Without knowing what you did or purchased, is it possible that you made a purchase of content only playable in the app? Was the purchase made in the iTunes Store? The Apple TV+ subscription its not a factor.
Thanks for your reply, hope this helps, or makes sense - I bought the Movie Concert Films through iTunes with my iPhone. When I go to iTunes movies in the iTunes app, it tells me that "iTunes movies and your purchases have moved." "You can buy or rent movies and find your purchases in the Apple TV app." I've played the concert several times on my iPad and the last time that I played it, it was in Apple TV and it played when I clicked on it.
Purchased movie from Apple, it was moved to Apple TV and now I can only play it using Quello Concerts. a subscription that I don't have or want. I have Apple TV+ and subscription is current.
