Make sure you are using the Apple TV+ tab in the sidebar of the app. This is the content that is available for free with your Apple TV+ subscription. If you are using the Home tab, you will find other content that you may not have a subscription for. The Home tab is only needed if you have subscriptions to other services that you want to watch on Apple TV or to buy/rent one of the many movies that are available, like you would find on a cable service listed as On Demand.

If you let us know the name of the movie, we can verify if you should be able to watch that with your Apple TV+ subscription or not.

With the Apple TV app on your smart TV or third party streaming device, you can access:

Verify that you were signed in to the Apple TV app using the Apple Account for which this subscription applies.

An Apple TV+ subscription gives you access to Apple TV+ catalog, not other movies or TV shows. Those others may need a different subscription or may need to be purchased.

It would be helpful if you could disclose an example title of where this happens for.

It would be helpful if you could disclose on what device/model this is happening.
