I have iPhone 14 Pro Max the area where I work here 3G signals is good instead of 4G but unlikely in iPhone Pro Max have no option so I want to change my mobile with Samsung please I want to return my iPhone.

You should talk to your carrier about the 3G issue, this is on them, it is not the fault of your phone or Apple. The cellular carrier puts out updates that determine what cell bands the phone can use.
