iPhone showing LTE instead of 5G in known 5G coverage zones
It always show LTE in areas where i easily got 5g network and even samsung phones are having 5g ntwrks

Do you have a 5G SIM card?
Go to Settings/Cellular/Cellular Data Options to check the settings, in Data Mode. The choices should be 5G Auto, 5G, and LTE. The correct option is 5G automatic, which will use 5G unless LTE is stronger connection. You can change it to 5G, but then it would connect if there is not 5G network.
