I only see LTE on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, I don't get 5G

Contact your carrier and make sure your plan and sim card / esim are provisioned for 5G, and that the carrier has 5G in the area you are in. They may only have LTE towers there.

Also verify in Settings ➜ Cellular ➜ Voice & Data is set to 5G or 5G Auto if allowed by your carrier and plan.

If you don't have the 5G or 5G auto settings, then your plan does not allow 5G, or at the very least does not allow the setting to be modified or set, and the iPhone should connect automatically to 5G when possible and available.

Again, contact Verizon so they can figure out why you are only getting LTE and not 5G.
