Change the name of an already existing email/ Apple ID

I made my email address years ago and I am wondering if there is any way I can change it.

Yes, you can change your Apple ID without losing anything: Change your Apple ID - Apple Support.

Go to settings, tap on your account at the top, and tap on personal information. Then you will be presented with the option to change your account name.
