No.


Paid music is yours, at least until some change arising with the publishers.


Make a backup of your music to reduce the possibility of or to avoid loss.


The purchased music is unencrypted, and can be burned to CD on Mac or PC, for instance.


Redownload music - Apple Support


Apple Music does also provide sync across your devices, which can make it harder to access your purchased music without also performing a cable sync from a Mac or PC.
