Cluster of green pixels on display, 2020 13-inch M1 macbook pro

Recently noticed that there is a large cluster of green pixels in the middle of the screen on my 2020 13-inch M1 macbook pro that show very clearly against a black background. They are still there after booting up in safemode but so far this is the only step that I've taken towards troubleshooting. I haven't tried reinstalling Sonoma 14.4.1 from macos recovery. I ran an etrecheck and have included it in this post.

I have also used a third party usb-c adapter at times to use a mouse, external hdd, ethernet cable etc, but have never charged the computer while using the usb-c adapter. Not sure if that's significant or not.

I haven't been able to find much online about this other than it may be a failing video card so I'm hoping that's not the case.
