Uninstall an App on Mac - Goodnotes 6

I was trying to uninstall Goodnotes 6 since there has been a problem with my app and the Goodnotes organization advised that I uninstalled it and then installed it.

I have a MacBook Pro from 2019.

I put it in the trash but then remembered that I was missing a document after downloading almost all of them. So I took the app from the trash to my desktop. I downloaded the file and the problem started after this.

When I try to delete it my Mac says I can't because the app isn't downloaded. The app isn't in the Applications folder but I can still open it and have it in the dock. In the App Store the app is downloaded and says to open it, but when I try do uninstall it the Mac says it isn't.

I just want to delete it but don't know how to...
