How accurate are health recordings when wearing the watch on the inside of wrist

My sleeping SpO2 numbers appear rather low. I am wondering if wearing my Apple Watch 7 on the inside of my wrist is taking correct measurements or if my nighttime oxygen levels are low. Any ideas?

They can be less accurate as Apple Watch is not intended to wear like that. The thing that you can do is to wear your watch on the top of your wrist for a night, to see if that Improves your SpO2.

If not, you might want to contact your doctor if you got any worries about your SpO2 range
