Fast USBC Charger for MacBook Pro - I would love some suggestions please

The default USB cable supports standard charging at 60 watts maximum. That will not FAST charge any MacBook Pro.

to Fast charge over USB, your USB cable must be a premium cable that support at least 100 Watts, and preferably a new Super-Premium cable that support up to 240 Watts (required for Fast Charging the 16-in models).

The power adapter can't charge at a rate any Higher than the interconnecting cable supports.

If not specified, most USB cables are 60 watts max, and they will not "cheat", because they negotiate the charge rate and the cables are tagged with their capability.
