How to configure Outlook for the Mac to automatically BCC another email recipient

Hi,

My wife needs to be able to configure her Outlook for the Mac to automatically BCC another email recipient on all emails. I know this can be done in Outlook for Windows and I know that Outlook for the Mac has the ability to auto BCC your own email (so you receive a BCC of each email sent) however what we need is to be able to have an "automagic" option that sends every sent email to another email address.

Is this possible with Outlook for the Mac?
