I was asking for help with my sim, every time I insert the sim card it brings me these words "The SIM card you currently put in this iPhone comes from a network provider that is not used under the activation policy currently given by the activation. This server is not a hardware issue with the iPhone, please insert another SIM from a supported network service provider or request this phone to be unlocked by your network service provider

This is not an issue with your iPhone. Your iPhone is carrier locked to use with only one carrier. To unlock it, you must do a request at the carrier that it is locked to for a sim unlock
