orange bubble around clock won’t go away even after killing apps

Orange oblong bubble around time on iPhone. 

No app is visibly engaged in using the mic. I killed every app one at a time to see which one it could be, and it was still on. I disabled all mic permissions for applications individually. But even after disabling, the bubble remained orange. Could this be a highly sophisticated cyber attack? After searching for an answer online, it mysteriously disappeared..

One thing to note that may be related..I’m one of those that had to randomly change my Apple ID password about a month ago, and it was making me reenter it several times last week.
