Use of HideMyEmail with Apple Pay

In Settings/Wallet & Apple Pay there is a "Transaction Defaults" section where one can specify to use a Hide My Email address. The short description on this feature says it creates a unique random address, which and be deleted at any time. I am unable to find any information how I can delete this unique Hide My Email address. Question 1: Does the created Hide My Email address end up on my list of Hide My Emails found in the ICloud+ settings area? If not how can I delete the generated email. Question 2: Does the Apple Card create a unique address for every card transaction?

You can see and control the Hide My Email addresses by reviewing and following the instructions in the Apple Support article I linked below.

Apple Card MasterCard uses your Apple ID email address. Hide My Email addresses would be poor choice for financial transactions, in my opinion. You would need to associate a new email address with the payment method used for each transaction. If you delete the email address for an active/incomplete transaction the merchant would have no way of contacting you.
